Thank you for your 40 years of service, Jon. If anyone thinks we have a chance on Saturday, it's Jon.

Best job of all time.

This is a wonderful way to honor someone who has given so much of his life to Michigan football and hopefully we can go out there and help him end his career here on a good note. Go Blue and good luck in retirement, Jon Falk.

I thought they would have done it for the Minnesota game, since he is the "keeper of the jug." On a side note, Saturday, I will receive my own mini brown jug that Jill Gordon hand painted to match the original. If anyone is in the north end of the champions lot i can dial you in to where it will be. Along with my stuffed wolverine with its leg lifted over a pile of buckeyes. Photos will be $10, with 100% of the proceeds going to the new OC. Fund.

Thank you coach Hoke. I am soo happy for Mr Falk. Also very jealous I am sure like any job it could be a living hell. Then theres the fact of being around the team for so many years, where do I sign up to be his successure. I felt just the worst for him after the State debacle when we had to send back Paul Bunyan but as bad as this is he had more time with it than any Sparty

If every single player doesn't go above and beyond in doing what he can to win this game for Big Jon. They should turn in their helmet and pads and give back their scholarship. I don't care if you're redshirting or you'll never play a down. Find something you can do to help the team win. Cheer harder, pay full attention to the game to point out something to a teammate, help a trainer, get water...fuck, I dunno, but don't only do something, do EVERYTHING you can to help your team.

The 1974 season (Mike Lantry, sigh), our last year without a bowl game (sans RR's two year journey to hell).

Must have been cool to be at ND game with Leach outplaying Montana, the Woody Hayes' punch the TV guy game, 22-0 shutout at OSU, Wangler to Carter, and so on.

Thank you Mr. Falk and please come back each year for the big games!

after all the negativity going around finally something we can all agree is an excellent idea by the UM athletic department. Classy move and couldn't happen to to a better guy. Now let's just hope we do Jon proud for his final game. Let's go Blue!
