This is a wonderful way to honor someone who has given so much of his life to Michigan football and hopefully we can go out there and help him end his career here on a good note. Go Blue and good luck in retirement, Jon Falk.

Sad to see him go, but this is a great way to honor him. I wonder who his replacement will be.

I've been wondering if it will be Rick or Bob Bland.
We'll miss you Big Jon.

Apparently, while not thinking of how to gouge money from everyone, the AD comes up with the occasional good idea.
Class move and should be inspiration for the team.

Thank you coach Hoke. I am soo happy for Mr Falk. Also very jealous I am sure like any job it could be a living hell. Then theres the fact of being around the team for so many years, where do I sign up to be his successure. I felt just the worst for him after the State debacle when we had to send back Paul Bunyan but as bad as this is he had more time with it than any Sparty

The 1974 season (Mike Lantry, sigh), our last year without a bowl game (sans RR's two year journey to hell).
Must have been cool to be at ND game with Leach outplaying Montana, the Woody Hayes' punch the TV guy game, 22-0 shutout at OSU, Wangler to Carter, and so on.
Thank you Mr. Falk and please come back each year for the big games!

after all the negativity going around finally something we can all agree is an excellent idea by the UM athletic department. Classy move and couldn't happen to to a better guy. Now let's just hope we do Jon proud for his final game. Let's go Blue!
