To be fair, McGrath has said/tweeted some disparaging things about State since his decision to head to AA.
I would agree with folks above - many of the replies to his announcement are at best unwarranted and at worst abusive. It doesn't seem that hard to respect the decision of someone who felt they might be in a spot where they could not do what they would like to do (I assume this was the driver for the decision in the first place). The gratuitious shots taken at McGrath and Michigan in the replies just make me shake my head.

About 15 minutes prior to tweeting his way to Starkville, McGrath praised Michigan, "Would like to thank the University of Michigan for everything. Can't imagine spending my first year anywhere else. I'll always bleed blue."

Bloodbath McGrath is the first thing that comes to mind when I hear his name. Wonder if his recruitment to Mississippi State went anything like this?

so he left due to getting a scholarship, that he didn't get here, right? or did he leave due to fear of competition?
The guy's got a gift that will pay for his college tuition. I don't blame him for going somewhere for a free education no matter what the competition situation is at either school.
