Jay Harbaugh Tweet...

Submitted by Libertine on

I don't know how to embed a tweet, but Jay Harbaugh just tweeted:

"Today is a HUGE day for UM football!!"

Is this in reference to Kareem's announcement? The King HS tweet? The NJ kids? All of the above? :)

He made this very clear before he was kicked off yet another message board.  I am therefore required to love Jay Harbaugh's tweets.  It's an internet law.

Blue hair?  Loved RR with an enthusiasm...well, you know.  Not old guard in that sense.

Kicked off?  Got the impression he just got tired of us and left.  It wasn't public, anyway, like MWolverine.

You forgot his Freep jihad which was pretty awesome to witness.  It was like a bulldog with a steak bone, man.

Hey, maybe Jay just sits back after one of his tweets and laughs his ass off at the drama one tweet causes ...for M fans, the obsessive Sparties and bucknuts. Maybe it's a NIKE deal ...? Ooooooh..... Maybe it's a Home/Home with Texas for 2024-25 ....? Maybe it's a bunch of kids on campus all ready to take their talents to Ann Arbor ...

Boy I hope Kareem is coming here. I have one of his fellow teammates here in Summer School. Kidding with him I asked him where he said he was going. He told me that he thinks he's headed to state. His teammate also mentioned that he is kind of a weird dude in the sense that he shows a lot of programs love. He also mentioned that Kareem seemed to love the party atmosphere at state but things have become much tighter here down the stretch.

Young man must keep most up in the air.

Sam Webb wasn't able to go gut-feeling on Kareem yesterday, he seemed to think another kid (his good friend, someone in Michigan) committing to Sparty would factor into the decision.  Didn't say he was Sparty-bound, but it would affect the decision.  Given Sam gave this as the response to the caller's question on Kareem, I took it as an ominous sign.

IOW, if that was something but not an overriding factor, I would have expected him to say "it'll make a difference, but M is still in good position" or something to that effect.  Did anyone hear his update today (podcasts never play for me)?
