Jason Hanson Drops in New Madden Ratings....
Our beloved Jason Hanson has dropped from a 95 to a 90 in this years Madden game...Here are the other big movers ratings wise....
His performance last year was worse than he usually does, but that was mainly due to his injured knee. Im pretty sure he had surgery this off season and should be back to his normal self this year.
When Hanson finally retires, I have long wanted to build a massive statue of him, with a soup kitchen serving as the base.
That way we can always remember him as he was: a hero surrounded by an endless line of transient bums.
Ladies and Gentlemen,
Your 2000-2010 Detroit Lions!
You mean your 1992-2010 Detroit Lions right?
He will prove the doubter wrong again this year, going 32/35 on field goals (4/5 from 50+) and 13/13 on extra points (miss one but the defense will be offsides).
You think the Lions are going to average 11 points a game this year?
Technically you didn't factor in scores that are a result of a touchdown and a 2 point conversion or a winning touchdown as time expires.
The lions are not
very good at scoring points.
He may get hurt too.
this is a VIDEO GAME. AND, IT SHOUDL be OT, not on topic...
spoke too soon... (this post was directed at someone no longer appearing in the thread). Please move along.
Notice that Vernon Gholson was also on the "biggest losers" list -- (as If deciding to go to OSU over UM wasn't a dead giveaway he was a loser)
Maybe I don't have all the tools needed to be an NFL GM, but anyone who didn't smell bust with VG must have just had thier eyes closed. Sure, his physical numbers were great ... but so were Tony Mandarich's, Shawne Merriman's, and Brian Cushing's
He's too small to be a DE and too big to be a LB. At least with Woodley and BG you knew the strength was there (and real)
Really? You're calling it in retrospect? He was a beast in college and there's no denying that. I suppose the Dolphin's were lucky Jake Long panned out with the numbers he put up. And it's not like Brian Cushing or Shawne Merriman won any awards... Oh wait. BG hasn't played an NFL down.
Gholston was a pretty well-known juicer in college. Expecting him to keep up his production in the NFL was a risky position to take.
are good players. Cushing just got rookie defensive player of the year and Merriman received a severe injury that has plagued him. I would gladly take either of them on the Lions.
It's good to know they can spell Beckham right.
had better have gotten a huge boost, for one of the best ILBs in the game he was given a pitiful 74 in Madden 10
If I remember correctly...David Harris is at like at 91 or something close to that...
