Talking about Steele, though not on the QB situation,he did have a call-in on WTKA talking about his take on the Rick Leach comment on Carr (he disagreed with Leach). Steele's comments can be heard the the "Podcasts" section at the WTKA web site.

I think Rick Leach is wrong to say those things. I agree and especially liked Aaron Shea's comments on WTKA.

I'm growing tired of this constant need for blogs and talk radio to consult former players and coaches for their approval/disapproval of everything going on in our football program.
Who cares what Ali-Haji Sheikh thinks about the state of our quarterbacks? You know who I think would have great insight into Greg Robinson's halftime adjustments? Matt Dyson. Yeah, let's ask him. And why isn't Lloyd Carr providing daily commentary on how Rich Rodriguez is having a tremendous fall?
