Jake Fisher did not commit to Oregon
I realize that not really news but I stumbled on the "Duck Territory" message board and their "insider" says:
"Jake Fisher update. he has not committed to Oregon. We're hoping to get more news from him soon. Stay tuned."
The posters seem pretty confident though. Their logic is you don't visit on the last weekend if you're not serious and even though it rained most of the weekend it's better than the snow in Michigan.

That post makes me want to throw up, I went to U of M for Undergrad and now MSU for school. This campus is the worst set up in the entire world. The stadium may be "on campus" but only because the campus is the entire city of East Lansing. I could walk to the big house from the dorms faster than I could get to the stadiums here if I lived right next to them. PS the food blows here, and it smells like cow shit. So many thats the classic part.

Agreed. The MSU campus has all the character of the Mall of America.

Did they expect him to commit this weekend? I hope Jake goes to Michigan.

it's about 90 miles north. It was 55 and partly sunny today, so I'm hoping that weather forecast is accurate. Personally, I think Eugene blows.

I'm glad PDX was sunny today because we haven't seen the sun in Seattle since December. It is supposed to be cooler and sunny this week though!!

I had to drive to Portland last weekend and was finially able to get a glimps of the day star... This lack of sun in Seattle is killing me...

Ann Arbor is so much nicer than Eugene. If he is smart he should go to michigan. Especially if he wants to play in the NFL

is that Jake's parents are pushing Blue. It is so much closer for them plus the education is better. He is used to the snow too.

If Michigan can lock up Fisher they would have a solid OLine class. I think Bryant is going to be a big time OL for Michigan.
Come on Fisher GO BLUE

It also has high academic standards. If you take this along with the fact that his parents didn't make the trip with him make me think Michigan is definitely in the drivers seat. I'd go 80/20 Michigan.
