Jake Butt in Full Pads at Practice
Not ready for full contact yet, but this is a very encouraging sign!
Might not be ready to go full contact, but Jake Butt was out there in full pads today pic.twitter.com/j90hR6v69b

He was largely overshadowed by Funchess last year (even though he was a fake TE), but Butt made a lot of nice catches as the season went on I recall.
Who gets play at TE before Butt gets back for game action? Or will the tight ends just be plockers instead of pass catchers?
Anything on Khalid Hill?
But hey, maybe hr could try some more tackle-over until Butt is back?
Will Michigan be running pistol anymore?
Also: plocking? Ah, you replied when I was about to edit my post.
They want AJ williams to work on his pass catching
but there is also Keith Heitzmen http://mwolverine.com/Michigan_Football_Depth_Chart_2014.html
Williams and him will split snaps, but I bet Heitzman is the first one that gets the most snaps.
I anticipate at least one TE on the field almost all the time as well.
Bunting?
Bunting is VERY skinny. Needs at least a year with Wellman to approach D1 TE size.
I dont want to see Bunting on the field this year as a TE with our blocking issues. See Funchess as a freshman.
Gotta say, those M's do look good on the front bumper of the helmets.
lol wow..
