This isn't his first start, but it's the first time he's really been given a ton of carriers... he was splitting last week.... and did well.

Good fucking lord. So the guy not only fumbles the punt but does so while trying to field a ball on his 2 yard line. If the dude took a Wonderlic I'm guessing he didnt get into double digits - probably got about an 8.
How could somebody be THAT stupid and function in society? Seriously - that might've been the dumbest play I've seen.

Beats me. the great Brian Hoyer sure didnt target him. The one bright spot is I wont have to hear how fucking fantastic he is this week. Pretty sure 18 for 50 (his stats the past two weeks) will cool down the talk of his greatness for a bit.

22 Carries for 127 Yards, 1 TD, 5.8 YPC (long of 20, lots of grinding out yards between the tackles)

Denard looked REAL good today. Stuck his nose into the pile for three yards when that's all was there and had a couple of nice runs that could've gone for a LOT more if things had broken his way a bit.
Typical Browns effort though. We're doing well - MUST. FIND. WAY. TO FAIL. MUST. FIND. WAY. TO. FUCK. THINGS. UP.

And I mean of Michigan's season. An ex-Michigan player who didn't play RB in college just had a great day of rushing. When was the last time an ex Michigan player ran for over 100 yards with a TD in the NFL?

when I was supposed to be avoiding sport and all related blogs so I could get a project done. Checked the Jax score when it was Cleveland 3-0, but made the mistake of turning on the computer audio. Couldn't turn it off. Liked hearing strangers say such nice things about Denard.
Quote of the broadcast day: "And that's why they call him Shoelaces!" Plural? Ah, well. As long as they're happy for him.
Also turned on the TV to see if they'd show postgame highlights, and they managed to have the last 2 mins of the Lions game. Got to watch them win too! Now I can retire.

I checked this thread around 11:50, posted my Denard gif, and then signed him to my fantasy team.

I can't start him next week as he plays a stout Miami D but since I'm struggling to get RB's here it's a valuable acquisition

Can we all just stop the bickering (which has been relatively tame, which is good of course) and just recognize that we all liked Denard for different reasons. Some of us liked him for his athleticism on the field and some for his personality off of it, some of us liked both. Lets just agree that Denard Robinson was probably one of the few bright spots of the last five or so years of Michigan football and look back at his time on and off the field fondly.
Also, calm the fuck down please. Its not a big deal. :)
