I was wondering what he was thinking. I think he envisioned coming in for a year, dominating on a good team, finishing somewhere in the NCAAs and peacing out. Maybe how this year has gone has made him want to stay?

When he came to Michigan the plan was for him to stay two years, because his offensive skills needed work. The speculation that he would leave after one year started because his progression on the offensive end has taken ten steps forward.
Now in a perfect world, Burke and Trouba would both come back...

Our hockey team can be sick next year if Trouba stays with all of the talent we have coming in as well like that US development guy who scored 2 goals on us.

YostBuilt also pointed out that we gained a 2014/2015 defenseman this week by the name of Christian Meike. He picked us over Providence, UNH, and Dartmouth so not too bad.
