Dudes we must agree to disagree; there is no reason to pull out a negatory just because someone doesn't agree with you. I haven't seen this many "-" since some of my less than stellar college exams. Everybody get back on the bandwagon and let's like 'Westward ho!"; we are 4-2 in year two, we knew there would be bumps in the road and I bet many of us thought Iowa might be one of them.
The biggest issue appears to be whether Tate should of been out there for the final drive. There are arguments for and against that decision, both sides with valid points. Tate did not have his best day, he was clearly rattled -I mean, you don't tell your coach "I don't know what you want me to do"- while Denard just finished leading us with a pretty impressive scoring drive. With either one leading us to victory that last drive there would be no criticality of the decision. Similarly, if Tate had been out there and he couldn't get the job done, we'd be right where we are now, stabbing at one another.
Really, it would all be a moot point if it wasn't for the turnovers or fumbles that led to minus yardage and third and longs, that is what killed us.
Everyone put away their knives, their little friends, their BIG friends, clean up the blood, and let's be civil, okay?
