Wow, I thought last week was bad having to wait until 3:30.... Now we have to wait until 7pm. What's in your glass/cup this morning and how well you pass the time until kick-off?

And painting the expected baby's room today... Exciting for me and the MGoWife, who by the way bought us a matching pair of Michigan slippers for the upcoming cold winter months. I think I'll keep them....HER... I mean her....

On my way to work. What i wouldn't give for a relaxing Saturday morning where I can sleep in, read the paper with a cup of coffee and casually prep for the game...FML.

will be coaching 2 football games for the 3 middle sons out of town today but should be home by 1900 hrs to see the 'rivarly' game in it's entirety.

fall has finally come up north.  high temp 50, leaves are turning big time.   we have harvested about 80% of our corn at this point, so i'm pleased to have most of that done.  i think my neighbor is going to bless us and finish our harvest today or tomorrow as i am overbooked as per usual.   deer are literally running in and out of the remaining corn stand in the western most part of the field.  i have to make time to get in a tree stand in the next few weeks.  the time has come....

congrats to all you maniacs who are going to the game.  hopefully it will be some form of a blue/maize - out game in their stadium.  remember, pants the scarlet knights!

Had a friend arrive in town late last night. Stayed awake until about 2:30, then up at 6 with the toddler. Fair to say I'm pounding the COFFEE. Expecting a rainy but busy day here in DC. Then zee football.

6:10 central time. The smoker is warming up and I've got a 6 lb pork shoulder all rubbed up and ready for a long day in the smoker. Should help pass the time until we stomp on Rutgers. Go Blue!!
