Although I post this for selfish reasons, I hope this will also help others in a similar situation.
Monday's game has turned me numb to almost everything that used to bring me joy. I can't watch sports because I fear seeing highlights from Monday's game. I can't be on ESPN, or Twitter or Facebook that long, because something will remind me of **IT**. I work at a great company with great people, but I truthfully would prefer to just sit at home on my couch and avoid all human contact.
I know it's only day 3, but I was hoping you guys could share some of what you did/are doing to recover.
