Brandstatter always has such a jolly way about him, especially when he's standing in the press box.

EDIT: I also just noticed that his twitter is @BrandyManCan, and that's just fantastic. Got a good chuckle from that.

 I wish Michigan had that Audio Facility shown in the video....back in my day (early 90s).  I was accepted to Michigan out of HS, but it would have been a struggle to pay for it.  A HUGE struggle. 

My other choices were schools with more developed Studio facilities at the time.  I had a long talk with a UM prof who told me that the Broadcasting program there was "theoretical" and the program lacked a professional audio lab.

So, I ended up at CMU and later Middle Tennessee State, which has amazing facilities.  If Michigan had a comparable facility back in the 90s, Id have found a way to pay for it for sure.

Gary's at left end.  UCF runs a read option to the left (M's right). Gary slants right, beats his guy, & settles just over the LOS.  He watches the QB-RB mesh. If the QB hands off to the RB. Gary will slide down the LOS for the tackle. QB pulls the ball. Gary steps up square to the QB. QB tries to juke Gary, but Gary matches the juke & tackles the QB as Gedeon joins him. Incredible athletism & technique.

A few plays later, UCF runs the same play to the other side.  Hurst crashes the party but missed the hand-off. However he spins, & tackles the runner.  Great hustle play.

You can tell Mattison really coaches his guys.
