Yeah, this was an ugly win and all, and yeah people aren't happy... Moving forward, we are going to need some players back.  What is the tally of injured players?

Would be nice to get some folks back...

If Mayfield has a high ankle sprain it seems unlikely he’s returning anytime soon. What is Hayes’ mysterious foot injury? I know an O-Line needs experience playing together as a unit but has anyone on that line impressed anyone as a strong one-on-one drive blocker? Thank goodness Haskins is a human wrecking ball.

There are a lot of systemic problems in the program right now so don't take this as defending the staff....

But we are missing 9 guys that were projected to start plus McCaffrey.  I don't know how many programs in the power five could survive the loss of 9.5 starters.  Hell, if you ranked our NFL prospects this off-season we are missing probably our top 7 prospects?  Not good....

It seems that the teams that lost a ton of returning production have been hit much harder than teams that returned a lot. Michigan, Michigan State, LSU, Baylor, and Syracuse are near the bottom in the country when it comes to returning production. They're all shockingly bad compared to where they usually are. Meanwhile, Northwestern returns the most production in the country and Indiana is way up there. Experienced teams seem much more able to weather the COVID uncertainty than inexperienced teams.

Also, by the way, those returning production metrics (125th in the nation) are from February. That's before Michigan lost Paye, Hutch, Mayfield, Ambry, McGrone, Hayes, and Nico.
