To be fair, when you're sitting where I get to sit during events like this, today's weather isn't even in the top five (the honor of worst storm I've been through in my career is last year's March wind storm), but alas I am at work and yeah, I plan to be at work for a while. I will put it like that.

West Michigan here and you're right, great place to be FROM and I don't miss the cold and winter weather at all. Been in the 70's - 80's where I live for a over a month now with the occassional drop to the 50's. I generally get to cut my grass from late February up into December every year. Don't feel bad for me, I have a very small yard. :)

This weekend...No Michigan Spring Game. The Yankees can't play because...they're in Detroit dealing with the exact same fucking awful weather. In Vermont, we're having a multi-day ice/snow storm, which means I haven't left the house since Friday and don't plan to till I have to--tomorrow. Fuck you endless winter. And fuck the Snow Mizer. Son of a bitch has an ass kicking coming to him...

Actually, the video that follows that one, about a holiday artichoke dip gone wrong, is hilarious. And there's an announcement on the bottom of the screen of a cannabis production facility being built near Edmonton airport. Gotta love Canada!

I woke up to fireman pounding on my door this morning. Neighbors tree fell on a powerline and caught my fence on fire..no power all day.. no estimate when it will be back. GREAT WEEKEND

I’m watching giant pine tree branches break off our tree and crush our neighbors fence, but at least there haven’t been any power lines involved yet. Stay warm and good luck.
