Who poops in a cooler? It would be one thing if it was "the port-a-coopers were so scarce that one man pooped in a cooler...", but how is this rampant?

So when they are cleaning these porto-potties midday I would assume they clean them one at a time but if the bathrooms are off limits for cleaning won't that cause people to poop in coolers again?

What surprised me was they found "soiled shorts"...I might be able to understand an emergency and having to use a cooler, but your shorts????

I don't know if composting is big in the U.S.A. but where I live it is mandatory. The city gave everyone green bins to contain their compost until pick up (which was once per week). You had a little green bin for the house and a big one to empty it into and stick at the end of your driveway.
One night my sister-in-law went to the bathroom and saw a spider in it. She had to take a dump but was too afraid to do it with a spider in there.....She called her landlord but he was unimpressed with her request to come out at midnight to kill a spider. She waited as long as she could and finally got the bright idea to shit in the green bin. I guess what makes it so funny is what a girly girl she is but you would have to know her to really enjoy this story. Picturing her shitting at all is funny, but on a green bin (the size of an ice cream container) is too much!

“You either deal with the problem up front, or you deal with it later when it’s ugly,” said Kelley-Snoke.

I thought that was funny.

Brooks said in the article:
"Reminds of when I did the talkshow in Columbus with Kirk. We had to put a moratorium on Michigan talk except for the week of the game, ‘else we’d get calls about UM-OSU every single day."
It's always great to remember that OSU is thinking about the game in November 24/7/365. It makes it that much more glorious to see UM deliver a crushing blow to their psyches.
