hadn't heard the phrase before. Sounds like it should be reserved for homies of culinary association.
You have to play this game like somebody just hit your mother with a two-by-four. ~Dan Birdwell
calm down. breathe. espn2 12 real time. 11 Chicago time.
ESPN 2
You’d rather tame a bucking bronco than to motivate a lame mare.
espn 2 in east coast (midwest) or national?? living in california and being a michigan fan is annoying... i get ucla and usc game on the (no btn or espn360) channels... luckily i go to the big house annually...
im not very creative....
Get to an alum bar to watch with some fellow wolverines or burn out your fuse on Saturday alone
Alvin Tostig has a son today, and he shall be Levon.
Is the game on ESPN 2 guys? I'd heard it was but I wasn't sure.
Oh-oh oh-oh oh-oh Here comes the ban hammer.
Yeah, it's on ESPN 2 nationally, lol.
I'm pretty upset at Time Warner Cable out here. Sent them an e-mail and made a phone call about adding the Big Ten Network. Just a matter of volume, if we can get enough Big Ten Alumni to clamor for it, they just might add it.
Really? Where are you?
I figured that if we had it down here in SoFL, everyone had it.
I'm near LA. No, we don't have it on Time Warner here.
Sad to say but the only cable companies that even give two craps about the BTN are those in the Big 10 states and maybe those bordering Big 10 states. You'd be better off getting U-Verse, DirecTV or Dish (although in non-Big 10 states Dish charges for it while on U-Verse and DirecTV it's just part of the mid level package).
I'm in LA's South Bay (Hermosa Beach), and TWC is totally unresponsive on issues like this. I dumped them for FiOS.
Switch to FiOS or DirecTV.
So if I have used my Ovaltine super secret decoder correctly and figured out all the secret lingo on this thread I believe I can watch the game on ESPN2 Sat.at noon eastern time? You guys sure are tough to get any info out of!

That's enough to watch on mute for me. I hate Pam Ward
I've been called the songbird of my generation, by those who have heard me. THAT GOOD
Pam Ward is the broadcaster? Shoot me now I think even the BTN color commentator is better than she is...
Can we get a Frank Beckmann radio feed in Chicago, so I can mute Pam Ward?
If only Coach Mo hadn't gotten so drunk.

If only Coach Mo hadn't gotten so drunk.
yay. Wayne Laravie has possibly gotten worse as his career has "progressed".
Anyone else find it a little dumb UM/IU is on ESPN2 while UM/MSU is on the Big 10?
I agree that it is dumb for UM/MSU to be on BTN, but then again it needs to draw in people to be relevant, and this is a marque match-up. I guess I'll be heading to one of the UM bars in NY to see it.
I will further that claim and say it's stupid that we're on ESPN2 with Pam Ward this weekend when State plays Wisconsin on ESPN with the better set of ESPN announcers. We're the undefeated teams.
But I think they know that MSU/Wisc will draw in more fans than UM/IU for the simple fact that IU has been historically bad for years.
Here's a handy TV schedule to keep you from freaking out for the rest of the season:

so the game is not on the ocho?

Do you have to pay to listen online? I live in Chicago and think that if I don't go to a bar to watch the game, I am going to do this "sync the tv with the interwebs of the radio broadcast" thingamajig you guys are talking about. I think it's the way to go.
ESPN 2, home slice.
