Back when people thought Northwestern was going to be good, I went to a half of the WMU game in the first row for $6.50.  That game was probably more interesting than this Illinois-Purdue garbage though.

If Ohio leaves their entire offense in Ohio for THE game and just travels with their defense and special teams....would we still even have a chance at winning?

...but I'm going to give an honest answer.

No.

If we still gave their defense whatever the average amount of rest they've gotten all year is...I think we'd still lose.

7-6 Ohio. Can't tell you if that 6 is a pair of FGs or if we score a TD and Hoke goes for 2 (and the win) and Borges runs a naked bootleg run with Gardner for -2 yards.

Devin is likely going to throw a pick, it's not out of the question to think it goes back for a touchdown.

I hope you're kidding.  Not quite sure what the rules of this hypothetical would be, but assuming "no offense" literally means no offense players (not just leaving first string at home and playing with second stringers).  Wouldn't OSU have to just punt on first down? M puts all kickoffs and punts out of bounds to avoid possibility of returns and runs a very conservative offense to avoid turnovers and wins 3-0.

The fact that I could take this entire building to that game for a little under $70 before fees makes me laugh for some reason. I hate to say that, but it does. The problem is that I probably still would have overpaid.

No way I'm playing $5.34 to watch that game.

In all honesty, someone from the Bears or the Colts should buy all of these tickets and give them to a school or Boys and Girls Club. Pay for their buses and bus drivers and concessions for the kids.

Do it for the kids!
