If fired RR goes to Florida???
Why not? With all the crap that he's been through. No coach should have to go through what RR has gone through at Michigan. I'll guarantee you that if RR would go to Florida they would beat the crap out of everybody. He would be able to recruit just about anybody he needs for a spread offense there. If he does get fired and goes to Florida I'll laugh because Michigan will have made the biggest worst coaching job decision ever.

but if he is fired after the bowl game (which i dont think is likely) that we should trade him for Urban Meyer, because you know he's not done coaching. He just wants out of the SEC.

I'd rather have Meyer, because he's proven he can run the spread offense. Harbaugh is a great coach, but he would have to rebuild the team. Meyer would already have it set for the most part from RR.

Why would Florida, a place that could hire any coach out there, want a coach that got fired for not succeeeding at Michigan? They would get so much backlash from making that move!

What if Dan Mullen takes the Florida job? MSU could play really hard to prove they "don't need Mullen," or they could just go FTS and have no focus. Obviously, as a MIchigan fan, I would be hoping for the latter. It would be a lot of fun to see Michigan romp over a discombobulated MSU in the Gator Bowl.

You think they'd aggressively go after a coach who's been on the hot seat for a couple years when they could have pretty much their pick? Doubt it. Should M fire RR (hope not), then JH is our best bet and the most likely candidate, but in reality Florida is a more solid program and more attractive to the better coaching candidates. RR would not be on their list, unless it was for Offensive Coordinator.

that Brandon isn't going to fire RR. Even so, your statement really underestimates Michigan. Florida is a good program. One of the best in the last 10 years. But, the tradition, the money put into the facilities and program, the general patience of the administration and fanbase, at really far more appealing to attract a coach looking for a long time tenure than in Florida. At the same time, the fanbase and some alumni of Florida were ready to fire Urban after this year. Pretty amazing considering the recent track record.
