M has made some terrible uni decisions the past few years that have set the board off.  At this point I am just happy that basketball uni's with sleeves haven't popped up in A2. Wtf?

According to this story, the sleeved jersey is 26 percent lighter than a standard NBA jersey (although it would presumably be even lighter if you cut off the sleeves).

Also, think of the 'Wow' effect of putting advertisements on players' sleeves

If the NBA revives its now-postponed plan to add advertising patches to the league's uniforms, the sleeves will offer some handy real estate for patch placement. Could that be the real reason behind this new jersey format? Hmmm.

Adidas logic - current products are poor quality (ripping issue), so let's divert resources and establish an equally inferior, but more hideous solution.

The Evansville Aces (Missouri Valley Conference) actually sported the sleeved look for a while in the 70s and 80s, I believe, and they have periodically revived it as a throwback now and again. I don't know if anyone else ever went this direction though in the NCAA (probably with good reason though, looking at these).

As for the Warriors' jerseys, I am pretty sure that all of them cannot be the overall time leader in the Tour De France, so the question must be whether or not Stephen Curry or David Lee will wear the coveted "malliot jaune" while the rest of the Warriors wear an NBA jersey.

"Funny isn't it, how naughty dentists always make that one fatal mistake."
