"The University of Illinois is also in turmoil. The university sports an Interim Chancellor, an Interim Athletic Director, and an Interim Football Coach; the game will be played at Soldier Field, making this an Illini Interim Home Game."
I think Hoke ...
You can say that tonight cause we're celebrating, but that is getting sooo old.
how did this meme start?
From a quadruple (or was it quintuple?) post in a thread last offseason.
I think it's funny.
I figure since people are in a good mood, this would be a good time to ask this....where did this phrase originate from?
There was a thread at the beginning of the season where some guy tried to submit this comment but spilled coffee on his keyboard in the process and ended up posting it A LOT of times.
A similar occurrence happened with a Mike Jones-related comment.
Yea that's funny
Somebody said it last summer in a thread. They accidentally posted it 6 times (approx.) on the same thread and the rest was history.
Lesson: just click Save once. It will post, folks.
Instead of the accidental double-post, someone posted this statement around 10 times (someone correct me if the number is off)
any way to upvote comments? If so, I haven't been able to figure it out.
So anyway, imaginary +1 to you.
That little "Moderate" button at the bottom of posts gives one vote per unique user per post. "Normal" is your garden-variety upvote. For more specific upvotes, there are options in the drop-down menu to the left of the Moderate button.
I used to use "moderate" when I thought a comment had been overly harshly labelled "trolling" or "flamebait," thinking it meant to soften or "moderate" the label. Then, I panicked, suddenly getting the idea I had cluelessly been ringing the buzzer in the moderator's bat-cave every time I pushed the "moderate" button, and started avoiding it like the plague.
I thought I would ultimately have to bother Brian with this question, which I dreaded doing. Thank you for bringing new knowledge and skills into my life.
The positive adjectives increase the score by one point, the negative adjectives decrease it by one point. Sometimes when multiple votes are cast on the same post the score will not move in the direction that you voted it, or it will jump multiple spots.
I'm so happy right now you could say many things before I get angry. Go Blue!
Who cares if this is old, WE WON THE FUCKING SUGAR BOWL WOOOOO!!!!!!!!!
I have never been more proud to be a Michigan fan. Just wish my dad was here to see this season. GO BLUE! Now to try and get some sleep for work tomorrow. So pumped!
MSU tears taste like Sugar.
Came at the perfect time too, when the score was 17-6.
im an old man, but this may be the funniest comment in the history of the interwebs. i fully expect this comment to be negged by thoes who know better. go blue.
thoes is not a word. woooooooooooo!
I think Hoke has changed the tide on the rivalry. Hell people in Ohio are starting to believe him. Never in a million years I would have thought that. Winning the Sugar Bowl is a good start.
I think Hoke has changed the tide on the rivalry. Hell people in Ohio are starting to believe him. Never in a million years I would have thought that. Presenting a solid recruiting alternative to top Ohio talent like Kyle Kalis is a good start.
Selling Michigan jerseys that say "Pour Some Sugar on Me" is a good ending.
....yes, he may very well have after, well, earlier this morning. The tide on the rivalry is now decidedly altered!
