He is in Michigan where he has poured the foundation which is now in its final stage of curing.  An enormous structure is about to be built where all other football programs will be judged and where only the best young men want to be.  This foundation also builds players into men who are NFL ready and will win championships.  It doesn't happen overnight .... but the foundation is certainly there. He is building our program back to what it once was.  Excellent coaches and excellent players is what he expects. He is building this "New" house as well.

Thank you coaches and players alike!   Really glad we have JH !

I've never seen this reported anywhere, so SIAP and whatnot.

Was talking with a guy who worked in the 49ers front office today (I live in the area) who was there when Harbaugh coached, including 2014. He also attended Palo Alto High at the same time as both Harbaugh brothers and knew them both from those days.

About midway through the 2014 season, Harbaugh's relationship with York had deteriorated to the point where Harbaugh could barely tolerate Jed's presence. At one point, and my friend swears he was in the room when this happened, there is a front office meeting including some of the coaches, GM Baalke, and about a dozen staffers total. York comes in a little after the meeting had started, and Harbaugh says:

"I'm sorry, this meeting is for men only."

This guy describes the last two months of JH's tenure in Santa Clara as the most uncomfortable two months of his professional life as York and Harbaugh refused to speak to each other.

Gold, Jerry. Gold.

as excited about Harbaugh as the next guy..BUT he hasnt really built anything yet..He hasnt won a div or conference title hes 0-2 against  Olieo St and just lost a big bwl game..theres ALOT of work yet to be done and after all the graduation losses next year is prob a 9-3 or 8-4 year...that  Orange bowl lss really put a damper on things

The article was about Levi's Stadium. In SF. Built a regular NFC title contender. And he did win a division and the conference there. Almost won the Super Bowl

Can you give him a 3 or 4 years to build the foundation up with his players?

Also .. 8-4 and 9-3 is what many expected in year 1 in 2015.  Well .. he did better than that ... the team did better I should say.

Recruits are coming and many of them are the type that can start right away.  I think year 3 and 4 we will all see what is ahead.  Even so .... as I have said many times .... is losing 2 or 3 really a terrible / we should fire the coach etc etc season?

Bo had about 7 season at Michigan where he lost 3 or more games. He also had a 6 loss season mixed in there.  Many things can factor in ... bad games at the wrong time or injuries, etc etc.

JH is a damn good coach.  He expects the best but that doesn't mean a team can't be beat at times.  NO teams are laughing when they have to play us. I have enjoyed these past 2 years without a doubt.

10-3, 9-3, 10-2, are typical years during the Bo era.  It is sort of a return to normalcy.  This is sort of why I hate the CFP (despite wanting to be in it.)  Every year is a bad year if you don't win the national championship.  You don't go undefeated every year.  Bama has something very special (crooked or not).   OSU is pretty fortunate as well.   Harbaugh is going to have us in the hunt almost every year, but he isn't going to win every game.

I am just surprised that you can see the banner at all, unless they put out the raging tire fire temporarily as it was such a nice day and didn't want a heavy smoke obscuring the fans' view of futility.

Michigan is in the rise with a complete culture change thanks to Harbaugh. The talent gap in key areas was our achilees heel..
in 2018 this program should be top 5 nationally in every facet

I opened this thread based on the title and expected to find an old Zillow posting of the house JH bought or maybe a log cabin mansion he built by hand from trees he planted as a youth for that very purpose.
