Not only were the refs complete garbage tonight, so was the play-by-play guy. I don't know if he is a UW grad, but he acted like UW homer the whole night. I have never heard "tenuous," "side-pocket" and "TREEEEEVOOOONNNN HUUUUUUGHHHHESSSSS" so many times in one game.

And I just checked, Wayne Larrivee, while not a UW grad, does the play-by-play for the Green Bay Packers. I bet his buddies are happy with how he called that game.

New coach, new guys, same crap... Looks a little different and a little more hopeful, but it still comes down to losing a couple you shouldn't have at home and never getting a substantial road victory. Middling is about the perfect word to describe the last 7 years of this program. Basically they broke the pattern once when they won at Minnesota last year. Other than that, same old same old...

This loss hurts SO much because we somewhat went away from what was working (Sims in the post). Sims basically had no offensive help all game. This is a game we should've won and that just plain sucks! SO disappointed.....

The announcer is a "side pocket" idiot and the refs might as well have put UW uniforms. And i want to personally drop kick Bo Ryan in the mouth.
