Not just because he did well but because we reached meltdown point and he stood strong. Excellent 3rd period. I think he/we may be on to something here

for me tomorrow--I called the WMU ticket office Friday afternoon and found out there are a lot of tickets available for all the games this weekend (wondering now after watching the game tonight if it's Spring Break already at WMU?).  I also found out from the ticket agent that the Michigan Fan section is section #20 with also a lot of U of M fans in sections 18 and 22.  I bought myself a pair in Section 18, GO BLUE!

I have to comment, after seeing your screen name and userpic:  Bobo Brazil was one of my all-time favorite "wrasslers" from my childhood days.  I was really thrilled when, back in the early 80's, shortly after moving to the Benton Harbor area, I was introduced to Bobo and got to talk with him for several minutes.  A giant of a man (he looked even bigger than he did on TV!), I was surprised to find out that he was still an active wrestler then even though he was in his late 50's.

College hockey teams don't track ice time.  More accurately, they probably do track ice time but they keep the information to themselves--I have never seen a Time On Ice report posted for a college hockey game.

It's not at all unusual for a team to go with 5 or even 4 d-men in key moments of a playoff game like this.  If you go back and watch our 1998 NCAA championship game, for example, you will only see 4 defensemen for the first 50 minutes of the game.

Halfway there.

Going up 1-0 in this series was vital. Finish them off tomorrow and shut their dumbass fans up once and for all.

GO BLUE!!

right now WOW! Has this team changed since where they were at the beginning of the year to where they are now. Its incredible. I'm loving the the way this team is overmatching their opponent and out hustling everyone to the puck
Keep this up Michigan. One more game boys one more game. Seems both State and Michigan are shocking everybody right now! WIN TOMORROW NIGHT! GO BLUE

I wore my maize jersey in the first but felt I should match the team so I put on my blue jersey at intermission. I've changed back to my maize jersey again. We're gonna win!

and we did win. Maize jersey FTW. Time to retire the Blue for the season
