Hockey Open Thread / Plea for Video Feed

Submitted by pz on

Alright, 30 minutes to puck drop, so let's get this thing going if folks are around and watching / listening to the game.

I'm stuck out in Minneapolis with no access to Comcast local, and I know it is a big time long shot, but a stream would be amazing if anyone's got any thoughts. Usual suspects not turning anything up just yet.

Let's hope the boys can take care of business. I've got 4-1 with one of the goals an empty netter, though it'd be great to come out with a bigger win than that. Go blue!

Have faith brothers. It seems someone always comes through in these times of Michigan Hockey need.

I may be a newer convert (despite being a lifelong hockey fan), but I believe, especially after the comeback today.

In Chicago, which is tantalizingly close, but still too far for video.  At least FSD is an option on DirectTV with their wierd sports package. When the Athlietic Department is selling the rights to Comcast local they should require them to put a feed online as well.  Grrr...

They called it that Wohlberg could be the guy that steps up big in Louie's absence this weekend. Have to give them credit for nailing that one - at least that's the way it looks right now!

(On Comcast, I'd assume)

Think it must be channel 900 because its sometimes referred to as Comcast 900, but can't confirm.

Back in undergrad it used to sometimes be on one of the really low channels handled almost like a local access channel around the local news channels.

"well... they're calling it a slash... I have NO IDEA what they were looking at"

...

"you can't always rely on the officials having a good game, right?"

...

"you just don't want to have a lead because you know you're going into the box"

michigan's just gotta keep doing what they're doing on not take penalties, because bowling green is getting basically nothing going when it's even strength. we're possessing the puck in the zone really well.

I just saw Lloyd Brady in the student section...a sign of good things to come for Michigan Athletics!  I would also bet that he was in Indy earlier for the basketball game and somehow made it back in time!
