Hockey Conference Championships Question

I am sure you've checked this out, and I am not too sure if this will help or not, but what about mgoblue.com's hockey site?

They have all of the stats / records there. But of course this is from UM's perspective.

It would appear as though Michigan was not in a conference until 1951, even according to mgoblue.

I was going to reference mgoblue's site, but it looks to be no use.

Thanks all. Here's the interesting thing, according to Bacon.
From 1922-1951, we WERE in a three-team conference, the WIHL, the precursor to the Big Ten. On at least eight occasions in the appendices, we were listed as having finished 1st in that conference.
I honestly believe the program should recognize those. I mean, we were in three conferences prior to the CCHA, and if you honestly say that "those don't count," you're as bad as an MSU fan, lolz.
An interesting discovery on my second go-around of "Blue Ice," nonetheless.
