No but I agree they're badass
Me likey. Somebody has to have them!
I like 'em too... however, I would imagine in this case that "hi-resolution" would also equal "highly guarded." Copyrights and all that.
Everybody knows everything is free on the internet. It's not like the athletic department paid talented designers to create those logos or anything.
Word, brah.
What's the point of hiring designers to make a logo if you're never going to use it for anything? I would think they would be thrilled that people want to use it as a wallpaper/screen-saver/etc.
The whole point of copyright/TM is so that you CAN publish your stuff and still prevent people from selling T-shirts of it. I'd have to suspect better versions of these logos are out there somewhere.
There's a big wide swath of options between keeping logos hidden and not releasing even somewhat high-res files to the general public. It's okay to be protective of logos and graphics. It may not be popular on the internet, but it's still okay.
They are pretty cool, and also vector, with that being said, if you have illustrator your could easily replicate this and make it however big you want. I might do that if no one finds the original
Who's back of the jersey is in the first picture towards the top. I can't quite make it out...looks like Centlivre? No idea who that is?
It's probably not a real person. It's easier to make up a fake name and avoid any potential licensing issues.
It's actually Vulcan for "Those who stay."

haha - yeah, Bobby's a real person, and a great guy.
He walked on a few years ago and played defensive back on the scout team. Funny that the back of his jersey made it on there.
Interesting name. Did his ancestors own 100 books?
You can always load those small images into a vector graphics program, enlarge and trace, then resize to infinity and beyond. Voila! Full resolution logo.
Those are sweet looking logos. I think I found a new wallpaper for my computer.
