I hope Henne gets better. I feel like he hasn't got the best shot that he could have.

I would disagree. He has had every oppurtunity to take that job and just never seems to click. Henne has an NFL arm but just isn't a gamer as they say.

He has been a mediocere starter on a average to below average team for some time. He needs to stretch a few good games together. He always has a few games each year (such as the opener this year). But then he follows it up with a stinker. Accuracy and scheme seem to both be issues.

I always see his receivers dropping passes or when the passing game is working, I see the coaches start running it. He doesn't seem like a good fit for Miami.

Brighter news for former wolverine, yes. Bad news for Lions fans who need to Packers to lose at some time...

We don't need the Packers to lose until Thanksgiving.

We don't even need them to lose then. Remember, the Packers were second in the NFC North last year, worked out OK for them, it could work out OK for us too.

He'll find a place in the league eventually. He's only a few years in. Even if he ends up as a career backup.

Typically what you want from your backup is someone who doesn't have a ton of talent but doesn't make mistakes, not someone who can make big plays but also makes mistakes that are dumb....
That offense is just dumb but Chad isn't helping himself.
