YEEEEAAAAH BOY!
never gets old
It really doesn't get old, you're so correct.
....that was fast. Welcome, Ross.

...that was fast, and yet amazingly satisfying.

I sense something familiar...something I haven't felt in a while.

You really like driling the same thing repeatedly, don't you? You need to work on spontaneity, because frankly this relationship is becoming quite dull.
That's what she said.
Holy crap. That was infintiely faster than I expected

I don't want to judge, but she sounds like a s......

I cannot stop laughing.
Kids who go Blue.
Welcome to Michigan Ross.
If you love Cleveland Kids so much why don't you just marry... oh...
Someone posted this in the other Hello post that got deleted, but does this push Treadwell to commit?
Yea I got deleted :(
I feel like we have to save that spot for Treadwell or at least a WR
Wasn't expecting anything until his visit this weekend but (obviously) I'll take it. Wooo!
Wow that was so fast, he just got a call, and accepted on the spot I assume? That's brilliant...
Well, we accept. Welcome aboard Ross!
Now what happens with Treadwell, Green & McQuay? Does Treadwell receive that last spot?
Of the three, he's clearly the one who is needed the most in terms of his talent and position... and he was told previously by the coaches that they would hold a spot for him... but that was before the class only had one spot left... hmmmm
We'll have to wait, last year we lost Barnet and Posada when the summer camp began and Carvin Johnson played well over a month before he decided to transfer, Greg Brown also waited until the season IIRC to call it quits, Ja'ron Stokes is another example I believe, I don't like losing kids but it's bound to happen, once the roster settles down there will be players who don't feel like they'll see much playing time and will start looking somewhere else, at this point thinking about names is pointless, those who stay...
Well with Frank Clark likely getting dismissed from the team I think that one spot goes to Treadwell and then the first player who wants to commit.
Unless he has a history of legal trouble, I don't think he gets dismissed even if the allegation is proven true.
Stealing a laptop (at this time, only allegedly) is no joke. Thats some Cam Newton/SEC shit.
even of it was 100k worth of laptops from a broke school system... he deserves another chance right? /Dantonio'd
depends on his 40 time. Of course, if his 40 time was really low, he probably wouldn't have actually been caught.
/SEC speed'd
The more I think about it, the more it makes sense. It doesn't make sense to stop recruiting other great CBs and then offer Douglas unless something has changed and we're at 25. If Frank Clark's alledged theft actually happened (and Hoke would know), there's no way he would stay on the team, thus pushing us to 25. So we're probably back where we were, Treadwell + Green/Whoever else.
Well we need attrition even w/o kicking Clark off the team, to sign 24 this year.
Yeah, I was going to say, even if Clark is kicked out that's kinda already been accounted for in the "shit happens" category of attrition.
Part of our preparation for the upcoming Alabama game is to practice oversigning.
Dismissing a kid for his first minor offense like this would be harsh. Disciplining him of course. Sit out half a season? Sure. But to dismiss him wouldn't make much sense. He'll still have to answer in court and pay penalties that way. Absent violence or actions that cause serious damage, I can't see how you don't give an 18 year old kid a second chance after he is punished.
And it's not like keeping him on the team and punishing him would be anywhere near the equivalent of say, when Tom Osbourne started Lawrence Philips in the NC game against Miami after he had choked his girlfriend...
If you're talking about Fitz, I agree he won't get kicked off. But Clark, I'm not sure. If he's found guilty, that's a felony, 15 years in prison possibly. That's not minor. For that case, neither is a DUI.
