Hello Mike Onwenu
Boom.

Happy to announce I've just committed to the University Of Michigan 〽️

This is HUGE on multiple levels! GO BLUE!!
ala Will Carr in the mid-90s?
Yeah....those didn't go so well. Unbelievably.

Being labeled as a "Big Nasty O-Lineman" myself when I was in high school, nothing gets me more fired up than recruiting one for Meeeshigan. When I watch games I tend to fixate my eyes on the interior...yes the game is won in the trenches and there's nothing more fun to watch than a blitzing LB getting lit up by my favorite athlete on the field THE MAULING GUARD. Break jaws Mike, break jaws.
While we are on good vibes I would just like to say this to those who have been pessimistic about our in-state recruiting: if I had to bet today on how many 2017 in-state players we end up with I would say 8. Those 8 being: DPJ, JKP, Josh Ross, JaRaymond Hall, Carter Dunaway, Corey Malone-Hatcher, Allen Stritzinger, and Bryce Brand.
That'd be a sick haul considering right now DPJ, JKP, CMH, Hall and Ross are all top 200 players. We definitely lead for Ross, Hall, CMH, Stritzinger, and Dunaway (Duh).
CT Pipeline re-opened?
I think eight might be optimistic.
Also, Bryce Brand is transferring out of the state.
But I had no idea about Brand, thanks for the info! I feel really good about everyone I listed except for the Cass kids who I think we have a 50/50 shot for. Who knows though, a lot will depend on success this fall.

possibly 20-25 players even. This kind of reminds me of the class of 2013 a tad that way it's trending.
I went to his twitter and saw he committed. Fantastic news. This also vaulted Wheatley to #11 in the recruiters poll.

Wheatley has almost single handidly brought in the entire 2016 class I think (ex Peters). Not speaking of the players who were committed before Harbaugh was hired of course,

Only 9 days after the initial visit.
Detroit Cass Tech's Donovan Peoples-Jones said his visit to #Michigan went "really well" and is already planning to go back on June 13.

But Harbaugh can't recruit. Congrats to the coaches and welcome Michael!
and wise choice. Go Blue!
Critical Pipeline restored! Urban trash flushed down the dantonio-draino. System has been fully HARBAUGHED.
This isn't RCMB, though it's easy to be confused lately.
It was a joke. You, know, lame attempt at making a humerous play off of the pipeline idea...that goes with urban (as in city) and the drain as in sewer. No use of profanity like many other posts in the thread. Not exactly RCMB, but then i don't read RCMB enough to know if those comments include imagery rather than profanity. Probably way more effort to respond than its worth...better luck next time, i guess.
Welcome aboard Mike.
Cass Tech Pipeline?
Looking forward to a softball Natty and Ben Bredeson tomorrow!
If Urban fucked up his connection at Cass with the way he treated Mike Weber, that'd be great.
Bredeson come on down!!!! Let the mauling begin!

I hope you have a great time at Michigan both on the field and in the classroom.
It will be interesting where JH will use him. I think he would make the perfect big guard. I can't wait to see how JH's OL will develop in the next couple of years.
