Rather be on BA

Nice! I really liked Dukes' film.  Go Blue!

I am fine with a boring end to the 2013 recruiting class if it means we have a top 5-10 class locked up early and can move our focus to '14.  =).

I would be shocked if theyn only take two. When this class walks onto the field, the only proven commodity we'll have at WR will be named Gallon. we're probably still good at slot, but wideout options right now will be named Darboh and Chessu, along with so far backup Jeremy Jackson. Not one of those names is equated with a downfield threat. Neither is Dukes. I'm guessing if it's not three, it's four, depending on the talent available.

Yayyyy this is perfect because Jaron grew up a Michigan fan and now he will get the opportunity to work hard and live out his dream at Michigan. We need big targets for Gardner/Morris to find.

Just watched his highlights for the first time and he seems like more of a tight end to me... He's not all that fast.  We can use the size though.  Gives Shane a variety of weapons at his disposal.  Hopefully Ohio doesn't find any 6 2" corners so Dukes can torch them all day long.

Tall people tend to run with longer strides and therefore do not look as fast on camera. Take Terrell Pryor, for example... he looked like he was jogging when he was on full sprint. I think Dukes is plenty fast. From the few highlights I've seen, he doesn't really put double moves on his guys to beat them, and that's important. He seems to use his speed to get separation

Seems he's not yet rated by the services (and, probably because it's early, didn't have a lot of offers yet).  Anyone (more knowledgable than I) know if we expect him to be 3 or 4*?

I don't post much but am on the site everyday.  I am sure glad to have Dukes, love the big receivers.  However, I felt compelled to put something to rest.

No one in Columbus feels that Marion is Columbus.  It is an hour north of Columbus, is more like a town you would find around say Fenton.  It has a state prison and that's...about....it.

Burke came from Northland...that IS Columbus.  Our Pickerington guys are on the outskirts of Columbus (more like Mount Clemens maybe) but still considered Columbus.  Marion is about as far as East Lansing and no one thinks of them as in Metro Detroit.

Hope I am not coming off like a jerk, just trying to give some geography perspective :-]]
