I saw this kid when my son was at Michigan's summer camp for middle schoolers in 2011. My son and I shit ourselves when we saw the size of him. Erik was going into 8th grade and he was already 6'3" or 6'4"' and 250lbs. He was the biggest 8 th grader I've ever seen. Just enormous. Then we saw his dad. Big Swen Swenson. He goes about 6'8" 350lbs and the biggest head I've ever seen.

This kid certainly has the size to be a dominant lineman. He's only a sophomore. Sky's the limit for him.

Just won't go away no matter what the post he will be there to diminish anything positive into his same old bit "kids can't execute" blah blah blah. C'mon Brian -25 and these trolls need to be Bolivia'd.

Thanx Eric for ignoring these pathetic Spartans and Buck trolls who just can't help themselves and come here and see what real recruiting looks like, and what they might try to stop it. Won't be long now guys and UM will be the talk of the NCAA for positive news.

A decommit here. Hoke fields another 7 win team next year and gets fired. We're all on here praying Moeller's wife will drop them one more time for old Les or Dave will pony up $10 mil a year for Harbaugh. Meanwhile They both reject us and we end up with Charlie Weis.

You take your small penis and chop it off. Then shove it up your moms vagina where my jizz are slowly swimming into her egg. We are trying to make up for the mistake she made. Which was you.

I still have not gotten banned from this blog. Go Blue!

Mr Swenson to invest in the finest knee braces (the hinge things that all OL wear) right NOW!!  We want a perfect specimen when he arrives on campus.

My next wish is he goes out for shot put or hammer throw.  Something to build training on intense physical explosion which I think transfers over to firing off the ball.

Im suitably impressed.  Physical specimens continue to roll in.  I hope he makes Jake and Taylor proud.

When the OL is finally tilted over to upperclassmen, and we can place the underclassmen in the Program for a couple of years before they have to hold their own on the field its going to be a nice ride.

As I've posted before, my dream is to see a fresh set of OL and a fresh RB start the 4th quarter against a sagging front 7 on the defense who have already been beaten up for 3 quarters of pounding.  Say Night Night Gracie...

If you have gotten this far in the thread and find some of the comments out of place, it is because they were replies to comments / posters that have since been removed from the site. I tried to paste the thread back together, and I may come back to this as time permits today.

Thanks, LSA2000. Amazing how quickly the thread devolved. I admit I didn't add much class to the conversation, but I'd had enough last night with the negativity and felt like I needed to say something. I hope it was seen for what it was--an attempt to fight for the good and positive.

I got up this morning curious to find out what happened to the guy who alleged that he was a UM grad and medical student who said he'd tell his own son to go elsewhere and that Swenson was wasting his future.

What a surprise that he's now in La Paz. Which is probably where he's going to "medical school."

Wow, Michigan is trying to become Stanford and Alabama, Jim had a couple losing seasons at Stanford before they became good. Nick Saban had a losing season and lost to a sunbelt team before they became good.
Yes I know Saban turned it around after just 1 year but he also over signs every year, Jim played by the rules at Stanford and it took a couple extra years.
Just wait till these Freshman oline man are a little older, faster, and stronger.
It takes time to build depth, and you should never be in the position to play multiple freshman on a oline.
I have faith in the next couple years Michigan will look totally different in a good way.
