"They (Under Armour) are wanting me to do it at the Under Armour game, but I think I owe it to my family to do it at home where all my family can be there and enjoy the announcement," he said. "I think I'll do it at my high school. I would say it will be late December or early January." - See more at: https://www.rivals.com/content.asp?sid=1061&CID=1774208#sthash.UFmQ6u1a…

Bush is the last piece to the puzzle for Flanagan recruits. I believe we get him. I just have a feeling. He said he wants to be part of the group and referred to 3 musketeers in Twitter.

Might not be the final piece to the puzzle. They have some 2017 kids that should get offers and Maxpreps just named them the #9 team in the nation.

It would be nice to have a constant presence at a school like Flanagan.

IIRC, the bell curve on the class ranking system standardizes at about 18 commits, so once you approach that number, the commitment must be well above the mean to significantly affect the rankings. Bush's composite ranking is about .5 above the mean so it would probably mean that Michigan would pass Ole Miss and maybe MSU to move into 6th

1)

2) Devin Bush jr is the composite 222 player in the nation, but this board seems to regard \ him like a super elite peppers-esque talent. Am I reading that wrong, or are the services sleeping on him.

I think part of the reason for this dichotomy (between the rankings and the way Michigan fans are acting) is that the coaching staff really likes him. They like him so much that, at least according to some theories, they offered Devin Gil and Josh Metellus just to entice Bush to come.
