national champs baby
Hello: Bryan Mone
A lot of people are chalking this up to landing Houma first, but there is that minor detail of a certain defensive coordinator coaching Haloti Ngata in the NFL...
Hello posts make me swoon

When it comes to recruiting, this staff does not miss a beat when it comes moving right to the next class, identifying talent early and building relationships early in the process, and it seems to repeatedly pay off - awesome stuff.
Welcome to the Michigan family, Bryan Mone!

I truly think Mone will end up being the best commit in this class, regardless of what he is ranked....
He is extremely versatile, strong, fast, and big.... This is a kid who can be plugged in anywhere on the DL and can create matchup problems...
There's a reason our coaching staff thought he was worthy of the first offer for the class of 2014....
I think if he actually attends some of the 'camps,' (Rivals), and is invited to an All-Star game, he could have a Pipkins like rise in the rankings....
I hope he becomes everything you're hoping he becomes, but we have three guys in this class. We don't even know who's going to be in the class. We're in the mix for a lot of highly rated propsects that could make a dent both in the recruiting rankings and on the field once they get to Michigan. But if you already think that highly of him...that's something.

Can't wait to see him ripping through that sorry ass Buckeye offensive line.
Not that I loved Rich Rod less, but that I loved Michigan more.
Why so many Polynesians in Utah? Is there a Morman missionary church on those islands?

I can't wait to see a DL of Mone, Pee Wee, Henry/Hurst, and Wormley. Good luck running against that line. I'd also love to see us be able to put something together like SC did with their "Rabbit" DL (or whatever they called it with all their speed rushers together). Mone, Mario, Poggi, TBD (obviously hopefully McDowell or Hand). God I love the way this staff recruits, the versatility we have on defense is absolutely astounding on all three levels.
Stanford had made him a somewhat high priority, but looks like we'll have to search elsewhere.
Coolness. One of the few 2014 targets I was hoping UM landed.

I approve of this post!
"Slappin' the Bass" - Matt Vogrich (maybe)
He uses his hands as well as any high school DT I've seen. That's encouraging.
Do you bleed blue?
As a Utah wolverine myself - welcome aboard Bryan!
The last Utah player I recall is Jeff Holtry. Is that correct?
I think Houma is from Utah, so he'd be the last one. Could be wrong though, that tends to happen a lot.

Shoelaces flapping in the wind!

I am so pumped! I think Mone has as much potential as any prospect we're looking at for 2014. Great way to start 2014 defensive line recruiting.
YESSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSS...congrats Bryan!
Intensity is a lot of guys that run fast.
