Illinois vs. Louisiana Tech - Does anyone care?  If we had beaten Maryland, would anyone have gone?

To be honest, for a December 26th game, it's a half-way decent crowd.

But what does it say for the state of the B1G that Illinois looks overmatched by LaTech. Need an overhaul at several programs.

That play cemented Illinois' official designation as "disgrace to the Big Ten."  I can't wait until Michigan brings it back and PSU starts playing on a higher level.  The Big Ten needs enough depth that teams like Illinois don't go to a bowl against a team they obviously can't beat.

trade Utah or notre dame with texas state or Youngstown from their schedule.. and you are looking at two identical teams fighting to lose to Louisiana tech in this friday afternoon dec 26 bowl game...

how Michigan could not make a bowl game. And then I wondered how Illinois actually competes and won six games this year. But then I recognized Skip Holtz and understood why Illinois was struggling against La Tech. I understood, but I didn't really care.
