He was charged with damaging a car in late February, property damage on March 1, assault on April 11, and assault, resisting arrest and harassment on April 12. The property damage charge is a Class C felony because it involves costs exceeding $1,500. The assault and resisting arrest charges are misdemeanors. The other two charges are petty misdemeanors.

We don't know.

For all we know he pulled a Big Will Campbell and tried to slide over the hood of his gf's car.

Then when he refused to pay for it, they got in a fight and him being the big scary man got hauled off by the police.

*shrug*

Still, gotta know you're under the microscope.

If you want to commit crimes commit to an SEC/ACC school, that's where he went wrong. :(

Looks like it was for a domestic violence episode, so a tip of the hat to Hawai'i.  Whether a lesson from Baylor or just driven by a desire to do the right thing, it's good to see them make this call.

After pleading no contest in court, on charges of assault, harassment, and property damage, some of which are related to a domestic incident at a former girlfriend's apartment, in McCully back in April. <<fragment - sic>>

So if I am reading this right, if you beat up a car for more than $1500, it is a felony and you get suspended a whole season but if you beat up a person (like the ole miss recruit), it is a misdeamenor and you get suspended a game?

Weird.
