I love it.  Jimmy is ready to rock n roll.  Urban I hope your health is up to par because I can't wait to see Harbaugh force you to walk away from the game (for health issues of course).

I know everyone's first assumption is that it's a shot at Urban but it could easily be in reference to Mora/Ulbrich as well... Confirmed that he took the Falcons job today.

Even more interesting really - if they wanted to know what it really meant in its original context, is there a copy of "Marmion" in the library that they could reference? Surely, many of the Buckeyes upset about this tweet are right now pouring through its numerous cantos trying to find an appropriate retort....or they are just saying "fuck you" under their breath or indeed out loud. Either way...

That's the beauty of it.  He threw it out there and let it stick to whomever it applied to, without even having to name names.

And it worked.  Guilty conscious Buckeye nation is all in a tizzy.  This is how you get inside people's heads.  By making them doing it to themselves.

Can any of you bright scholars help a lowly UM-Dearborn grad out? What precisely does that quote mean? I realize it's in reference to Weber and that it seems to be suggesting that deception has negative consequences, but I'm having trouble wraping my mind around the "first we practice to" part.

Working on it...

But to me it means when you begin a plan or a scheme and your intent in the beginning is to utilize deception in the carrying out of the plan, you'll find that your plans can get pretty tangled up.  I think that's what the "first practice" part means.

For example, Meyer's in a corner now.  Like one of the other posters said, this is prime recruiting ammunition for every coach competing with OSU right now.

How do you trust anything they say?

Who wouldn't want to play for this guy?

Keep in mind he did not reference any specific person.  Open to interpretation.

I think this episode Jon Runyan is in it. Dee is the Latino reporter and Charlie is abut to drill a huge construction worker with a volleyball in the face as green man but the worker (Runyan) stands up and instead Charlie drills Dee in the face , and they all laugh. classic episode

I just read the responses on eleven warthogs. Afk to wash my eyes with windex.

This should be a lively year.

I see what people meant now about how he can NOT contain his competitiveness.
