Harbaugh Responds to Sparty Trolling with a Tip of the Cap

Submitted by EastCoast Esq. on

As everybody knows, Harbaugh spent last night at Quinn Nordin's house trying to flip the nation's #1 kicker. He was welcomed to Rockford by this sign:

A lesser man would have ignored it and grumbled quietly...

Harbaugh responds by recognizing the effort and applauding the fan's commitment to the rivalry...

Yup. I actually want to thank the dickhead MSU fans who did that. If it did anything, it simply added more fuel for Harbaugh to beat them again.*

*He technically beat them in 2015, but because of something he had no control over, we lost...you get my point.

I would also laugh incessantly at them for it, I would remember it for the rest of my life, and I wouldn't give a shit that we stole one.

It's not like it was Colorado and they got a 5th down.  The clock game in 2001 was more bullshit than this game was.

Trying to make fun of them for celebrating the craziest ending I've ever seen in my entire life makes us look bad, makes them laugh, and makes sure it never goes away.

I'm never going to apologize to ND fans for somehow finding a way to drive the field in 28 seconds for the winning TD in 2011.

Of course they we'd be happy, but they act like it was the greatest feat in the country since we freed the slaves.....

Similarly I can acknowledge that the game vs. Minnesota was a high percentage of luck considering they could've ran at least 3 plays from the 1.5ft line had they known the clock would've been running.

Coming from the Lansing area means having to sit your own brother down and have a frank conversation about lucky wins (Michigan) and actual wins (OSU).  It also means having to explain to FB friends that it's not unreasonable to consider Michigan the third best team in the league this year behind the only two teams they lost to.  It's important to Sparty that Michigan not just be lower than them, but be considered the worst team in the league.  A big problem with "new money" is they don't know how to handle it.

Uh, definitely not IU. That was just a close game we won in overtime.

It wasn't just that MSU was a close game, it was how they won. Minnesota is closer to MSU, but still we had to do something to stop them (the goal line stand was on our defense). MSU literally didn't do anything. No blocked punt. They roughed the snapper (penalty) and then our punter threw the ball right into one of their hands. Miracle of the decade, or close to it.

In that context, you are right.  The Mad Hatter was using the word "buttfuck" not as a verb, but as a noun and a plural noun at that.  For it to be an insult it would need to be used more properly as an adjective, like the word "stupid" followed by a noun - singular or plural.

Thus, the words "East Lansing" are the insult, not the word "buttfuck", because he could have said "Slippery Rock Buttfucks" and that would have been a compliment as we like Slippery Rock fans and alums.

Do you think you could provide me with a list of acceptable words to use as insults? I've already given up retarded to spare a board members feelings, so a full list of "hurtful" words might come in handy.

And for the record I happen to enjoy a little sodomy as much as anyone does. Giving, not receiving. Nttawwt.
