But in my unscientific surveying of people I’ve talked to, I feel that it happens the most here at Michigan."

I think this was posted by a Michigan social media account (maybe Facebook or Twitter) this morning which is why someone might think it's a new article if you just clicked the link and read it without looking at the date stamp.

I don't want to put the cart in front of the horse, but a Michigan CB was put in for Peppers. Stay tuned--this kid is the real deal and could take Hoke to another level.
