Gunner Kiel commits to LSU
According to multiple sources on Twitter, top-rated QB Gunner Kiel has committed to the LSU Tigers. Best of the luck to the former reported Michigan lean, and former Indiana commit.

good get for LSU but a little odd of a choice for Kiel... other than getting to possibly be the QB of a NC winning team down there... does LSU really have a rep for developing NFL QBs (Jamarcus was a bust obviously...who else is in the league...Matt Flynn?)... so the Kiel family must have faith in Les and staff to get it down...

I can't help but feel Kiel would have been ours had we pursued him hard enough this year. No complaints though. We have Sugar Share waiting in the wings...

Domers here in Indiana were CONVINCED that Kiel was a silent commit to ND. I've stayed well hydrated lately with all these sweet tasting Domer tears.

And it's amazing how quickly they turn on him. My ND friend has already said that there's no way LSU will win another NC while Gunner Kiel is their QB. Just a few hours ago she was sure he was what ND needed to fix all that is wrong at ND.

I was really looking forward to watching him at Indiana over the next couple of years. Fun fact... invisiblespoon was once recruited (and by recruited I mean sent like 1 letter and packet) by the indiana football program. (1-Star) lmao But I really was looking forward to him at indiana and I hate to see the SEC get richer

I got "recruited" and by recruited I mean like one piece of mail and no phone calls ever lmao by Tulane (those were the two biggest schools I got for football Indiana and Tulane) and this was while Rich Rod was there as OC.

Am I the only one who thinks Kiel has a linebacker-ish build as opposed to a QB? If he goes nuts in the weight room, he could end up looking like Tebow or McNabb by the time he's done at LSU.
