I have another 16 years to go to get my 30 years in at my current job before I can retire! At age 64, I can get season tickets again, for the first time since the '89 season! I'll probably go to all the road games as well. I hope I don't become a quiet old guy when I'm in the stands!!!!!

For those who have had the good fortune of sitting in the Club Seats, what's it like?  Is it awesome?  Is it worth the price?

We're in row 87 just under the club seats and I always wonder what it's like up there in the promised land.

No class warfare here. But I wonder if I would a little if I had your seats, and so I'm basically sitting in the same spot...just less cushy.  But then, I might just be happy to have them above me blocking the rain and sun.

Here's my experience with the club seats. I had 2 seats in the blue section in the 1st level for the 2009 season when they were first opened. When you enter the stadium you get into the elevator and they take you up. When you get off the elevator, to the right in a glass case is Tom Harmon's Heisman trophy. It's pretty cool to look at. The concourse is wide open with tvs on the walls and a long counter with chairs that runs along the glass facing the field so if you get there early enough, you can sit behind the glass on the 50 yard line. The club seats themselves are nice and comfy. The view is great but you are far away from the field. Behind the glass is worse because you lose the sounds of the game and it doesn't have the same feeling as sitting in the bowl. Considering that the price for 2 tickets in this section was $7000 (3000 psl each) and that I don't live within driving distance of the stadium, I didn't feel that the experience was worth that kinda money. So after 1 season in the club, I gave them up and now have 3 seats in section 2. I like the regular seats much better!

I ordered my tickets to be picked up at the Ticket Office, but I have not yet received an email saying I can pick them up. If people are getting theirs in the mail, do you suspect this means I can pick them up now?

I got mine last Saturday. I am a first year ticket holder in sec 40 row 18 after holding student tickets for the past few seasons. Looks like I have some mgoneighbors in my section. I can't wait for the season to start and see team 133!

I got mine yesterday (NY).  First time ticket buyer, got Sec 40, Row 8.  Anyone know if that's pretty good?

I haven't sat in a corner before (except for student ticket days) so not sure what that's going to be like.

I'm excited!!!
