Section 3, Row 27, Seats 25 & 26 arrived today in Northeast Ohio via the good old US Postal Service. Gonna be a good day tomorrow!
appreciate you not starting a thread over this breathtaking topic. OP on the other hand....
Wait a minute, aren't you the guy who started a thread today asking for advice for your fantasy football draft?
I didn't mind that thread and I don't mind this one. It's the offseason -- I'll talk about whatever the hell you guys want to talk about while I'm pretending to work (well, within reason).
and OP mentioned in that thread how he didn't really appreciate all the 'fluff' threads out there, only to post this mindless drivel a few hours later.
Also, while my post was about fantasy football NCAA style, I was hoping to spur some comments/opinions about who could potentially be a big perfomer and just talk NCAA football in general.
Jaggs:
My post in your Fantasy Football thread was not aimed at you directly but rather the overall lack of any substantive content on the board yesterday. We had two FF posts going at the same time, a post on socks (not to be confused with Section 1's diary on socks) and general blather all across the board - MY POST INCLUDED. If you'll notice I did not down vote your post and I did not call it out as being especially awful - I simply mentioned that all posts yesterday were lacking any signficiant content.
You have personalized my comment on yesteday's content when nothing in what i said or did directed at you in any way. Re-fucking-lax.
torn up about it, believe me. However, I do disagree on the matter of me personalizing your comment. When you comment in a thread about the abundance of fluff, it is implied that you believe it to be fluff (what a weird word btw), so whether you intend or not, it comes across that way. Again I really could care less here...
And yes that is just a bitter statement because I have no tickets coming, I suck and may god have mercy on my soul.
No more than 80,000-90,000. They're not all season tickets.

Yeah I actually I thought about that (110,000 potential "got me tickets" threads`) but I went ahead and posted anyways cause the only one I had seen so far was from MWolverine. And being from Cleveland I thought it would let out of state people know to look for them now if they havent already arrived.
believe you thought about this, and still thought it a good idea to make this thread.
I got mine in Cleveland also, and frankly, I appreciate this thread. The tickets were a little late this year and I was slightly worried. I appreciate hearing about others' experiences.
The topic of the thread was adequately labeled. Not interested? Don't click on it -- just go make your hamburger helper and be quiet.
And as a special bday gift from the AD they stuck one more set of tickets in the package to go with my 4....

How many other people paid over face value for their tickets?
I am in the same section and row. If these are new seats for you, they are pretty nice.
Wait. Is this some kind of a joke. Those seats are right next to mine. I have 23 and 24. This is weird...
Well section 3, Row 27 is VERY well represented on the board it seems. BTW - are you getting seat cushions?
Mine came on friday here in northwest ohio. my last name starts with an H....i dont know how it works
Although, I am not sure why this deserves a thread. I want to open the package so bad but am waiting for the wife to get home so that she can take a picture of me and my 6mo old son opening his first of many season tickets. I guess there will be 4 years that he won't need the season tickets though.
I received my tickets today as well. I'm a 3rd year season ticket holder. I had Sec. 40, Row 12, Seats 13 & 14 for the last 2 season.
This year, I requested better seats but didn't give any extra money other than the normal seat donation. I ended up with tickets in Sec 41, Row 34, Seats 1 & 2.
Am I wrong in thinking I got screwed and ended up with worst seats.
No not really, my first two years I was section 40 row 22, I asked for better seats in the same price range and they moved me to section 41 row 40. I think the angles are better where I'm at now.

I got mine on Saturday, I'm on the west side of the state. Kalamazoo, last name starts with an H, 4 year season ticket holder, priority points 33. Section 41 row 40 seats 5 and 6, section 41 row 39 seats 15 and 16.
Go Blue
So how is it in Section 41? Are you seats pretty high up in row 39 and 40? Obviously I am concerned seeing as how I went from sec 40, row 12 to sec 41, row 34.
from rows 40-60 compared to rows 1-20
Go Blue!
I have no idea when I will get season tickets again. The last year I did was 2009. Someday perhaps.
Abort, Retry, Fail?
Living out in St Cloud, Minnesota, I received my tickets fairly quickly.
Section 21, Row 40 seats 24-25.
It's a long drive from MN to Ann Arbor, but it's worth every minute to savor Michigan Football!
For those figuring this out ;), I'm also an H who received tickets on Friday on the east side of the state. Mgrowold- I'm also section 3, seats 25 & 26, but way up near heaven (in the 80's). Can you tell me what yard line they are? It looks like the numbers run south to north in the section, but I don't know how many seats are in the row.
We're on about the 30 yard mine and the seats are fantastic. I sat in section 5, row 63 for over 25 years so I barely know how to act not watching the game at an angle!
I upgraded successfully last year after trying twice and writing checks to get bumped up on my points.

And when we play as a team, when the old season is over, you and I know it’s going to be Michigan again. Michigan!

First year as an official season ticket holder and I was able to get section 33 row 5. I graduated 3 years ago and they're exactly where I wanted to be, down low close to the student section.
No better feeling than opening the envelope and having season tickets in your name! CHEER LOUD! CHEER OFTEN! GO BLUE!

I have another 16 years to go to get my 30 years in at my current job before I can retire! At age 64, I can get season tickets again, for the first time since the '89 season! I'll probably go to all the road games as well. I hope I don't become a quiet old guy when I'm in the stands!!!!!
expect the best
I just bought tickets to the State game. I want to witness this streak get snapped.

That feels pretty good huh?
