I miss the days of Flightaware, where we actually had marginally real stuff popping up on the board. This CC has been too under wraps. We're being victimized by click baiters 9/10 times

In the minority here, but I actually enjoy it a bit when the garbage hangs around on the board for a while. Generally a lot if hilarity in those posts. Not too long, of course. But moderators feel free to leave them up for a little bit!

It was annoying last year how many good threads got deleted following a game with the reasoning of "that belongs in the snow flake thread"' , but this past season there was a good balance of what would get deleted post game.

I have no idea why Lord Grantham got banned either. I remember the post where it happened and the comment seemed innocent enough to me.

I think this is why juries aren't allowed to hear about defendants prior crimes during a trail.

To answer a question above, I do this gratis, as do the rest of the mods - I get paid well enough for what I actually do for a living anyway. I don't mean any offense to anyone whose "CC" thread has been pulled recently either, but we do need to keep other things on the board. After all, I am one of the nuts in this community, so I might as well do something useful within it. I am pretty sure the other mods feel similarly.

I guess it is a good thing we're already working on getting Phase VII of La Paz Estates off the ground. Plumbing in March, so I am told. Should help with a few lingering issues in that part of town.

Also, to answer Bagheera  - I did not ban Lord Grantham. Not even sure why he was banned, to be honest.

why, when I got online a few minutes ago, an OP titled about 'Greg Henson writing about dongs' disappeared before I could take a look/see.  I'm sure it was bound to become top-shelf comedy gold.  /s
