Staight from the Good Counsel Twitter Feed: #Michigan is the team to beat for #GC 2013 Dorian O'Daniel followed by #Clemson and now possibly #Nebraska

Apparently, they tweet about their kids who are being recruited.

Once something is on the internet, it's almost impossible to control what happens from there.  As an artist, I can tell you, if you put something online ... it's fair game.  Take it as a compliment that he used it.

He might need to hurry. Gedeon is supposed to be visiting this weekend. Lots of interesting scenarios on how LB recruiting could fall out.

They just repeat press articles.  That quote is a direct quote from a recent Mike Ferrell article.  Here's the full paragraph from Ferrell:

Michigan is the team to beat for O'Daniel followed by Clemson and now possibly Nebraska. The Hokies lead for Fuller with Alabama and Clemson having the best shot of stealing him away right now. Both are expected to announce at the U.S. Army All-American Bowl in January so this will be a long haul.

If O'Daniel, Levenberry, and McCray all want to commit, I think you have to take 3 linebackers. How can you turn down talent like that?

Gedeon, O'Daniel, Levenberry and McCray are all very good players and it would be hard to turn any away.  I think McCray might have the potential to move to WDE like Frank Clark.  Gedeon could play multiple LB positions and Levenberry I'm guessing could play Mike or Sam.  O'Daniel might be able to play something other than LB thanks to his speed.  Thus, I would not be completely shocked if they took all four.  I know one thing, it would be a good problem to have if all wanted to commit.

You take three all day.. Need someone to fill rjs spot when he goes first round right? Really though if all three want to come, you do not turn that talent down. Very impressive haul at lb and ol over two years if that happens. Just when you think its slowing down more golden poop

I'd love to grab O'Daniel, Levenberry, McCray, Pocic, and one of Orndoff or Matuska and then really focus on RB/WR for the remaining spots (maybe a DB the cards fall right). It is astounding how this class is already filling up. I know it's been asked a million times but how many spots are we looking at this year? If I recall correctly it's something like 22-24 right?

Not that its already painfully obvious, but Dorian O'Daniel  would be a HUGE get!! I don't mind becoming the next Linebacker U and QB U and WR U and DL U, etc...you get the picture

It can also be noted that LBs are a good position to over-recruit in general, anyway. Even if they don't pan out and can't crack the two-deep, they tend to make excellant special teams players.

If this holds true and we get the guys that we presumably lead for (McCray, Levenberry, O'daniel) we will have the best linebacker recruiting class for the second year in a row. But what if a guy like Ben Gedeon wants to join in, do we take him? I think you would have to and hope one of the other linebackers move to defensive end so we can make room because you dont say no to talent like that.
