golf tournament
I know I posted this about a month or so ago, but I was wondering if anyone is still interested and what else we need to do to make this happen. Is anyone still interested in setting up a golf tournament the friday before a home game? Bunch of us can meet up, maybe at the Michigan course, drink alot and play golf. We could possibly raise money for Mgoblog or just buy more beer with the money. Last time I posted this there were a number of people interested so I just wanted to hopefully take the next step and maybe set this up.
Great idea but if you want to be able to drink alcohol while playing golf I would suggest Eagle Crest. UofM's course is a dry course.

I would do it for Mott fo sho. If it was for the good of the MGoHome we all love, I might still, but seems less of a good deed than just a reason to golf with the MGoBros I've never met
Or you could donate the money to the UM Alumni fund, and use the tournament as a qualifier to play 54 holes at Pinehurst...
