GLI Championship: Michigan vs. Colorado College open thread
Big night at the Joe tonight, as UM is trying to win its fourth GLI championship in the past three years. EDIT: third in the last four years... Colorado College won 5-4 vs. MSU yesterday, Michigan beat Tech 4-2. Should be a good one, check out the scouting report up on the diary board.

how we still had a penalty? CC scored on our delayed penalty and then we still had the penalty? In the NHL if you score during a delayed penalty you don't serve the penalty. And the "penalty" on Us occurred before they scored not after like the announcers keep saying.

it's a new ncaa rule this year. The penalty gets enforced even if they score on the delayed penalty. It's an effort to increase scoring.
