Glenville vs dwyer
The quarterback looked like he could have been in on the second to last play, too. Hometown refs in the Horseshoe?
The clock kept running even though glennvile had a man down, was that the recruit Walker
The end of that game was Bull Shit.
Agreed... Glenville got some Spartan-Bob style home cooking at the end of that game. Really felt bad for Dwyer, traveled all that way, played their hearts out, scored two (possibly three) go-ahead touchdowns in the final minute and none of them counted. Bogus.
wow, dwyer really got f'd in the a on that final drive. that was some god awful officiating
Dwyer got jobbed. Glenville playing at "home"...Glenville is an OSU pipeline so to speak...Ohio vs Florida....ugh, I feel really bad that Dwyer just got ripped the F....OFF!!
I am thinking this one gets reviewed and protested? Is this possible in HS sports?
My jaw was just hanging there for the final minute until CFL came on.
Considering your avatar, that's a pretty funny statement regarding your jaw.
I feel bad for those Dwyer kids, they won that game 3 times and still lost.
On the last play the QB was in the end zone by at least a full yard.
Dwyer scored twice on the last series, and was jacked on the pass play in to the end zone earlier as well.
2nd to last play.....dryer qb stopped in pile, and ref is just standing there, blowing his nose before he decides to whistle play over. Either a fix, or completely incompetent refs.
He was definitely in on the last play.
That was one of the most terribly officiated finishes to a game that I may have ever seen. Those kids from Dwyer were robbed and it was so blatantly obvious.
and my undying hatred for Ohio continues... Only this time for reasons not related to wolverine football.
That was some horrible officiating. Unbelievable that Dwyer's QB was not called in the end zone on the last play, the previous one was questionable as well. One of the worst displays of officiating bias that I've ever seen.
watched the whole game, ending was brutal. the announcers were speechless.
also, the (only?) white kid for dwyer was tough.
I feel like I was watching the Mudbowl and Glenville was SAE
i just saw it covered on sportscenter.
wow. i can understand blowing that touchdown catch, but how the HELL do you not call that last play a touchdown? the ballcarrier was entirely in the endzone!
these refs should be harshly reprimanded but from what i understand about football in ohio, they'll probably get a pat on the back.
