Gentlemen Clubs in AA?

My man and I are coming up from VA for the PSU game. I saw a bunch of threads that recommend good bars in AA but none for strip clubs. A google search shows that the nearest one is in Detroit??? I know that has got to be wrong. Any suggestions on were to go?

Last time I was at Cheetah's (early 2008) they were very accepting of American Dollars.

On a related note: While in Germany, I wondered how to tip the strippers there, being that the lowest bill denomination they have is 5 Euros. As it turns out, they system that they have is far more awesome than I could have ever imagined.

When you go into the club, you trade say, a 20 Euro bill for 20 fake, printed out bills of what can only be described as "stripper money." You then tip the stripper with that.

you appear to be a woman who likes to go to strip clubs, so he wants to know if you have a sister who he can date who also likes to go to strip clubs - quite the opposite of being against them.

I think he wants to meet your sister, assuming you are a woman who is taking your man to a strip and NOT a guy who would refer to a friend as 'your man', because then you wouldn't likely be looking for this kind of strip club.

Montreal...WOW...best place EVER for a strip club. I'd recommend Solid Gold to anyone who goes there.

Vu and Flight Club...we will look into it. Much obliged.

And live in the Detroit area. Here it goes:

The closest is Deja Vu in Ypsi...wouldn't recommend it. It's a "first strip club on your 18th birthday" type place...girls are cut college/hs(!!) types that might live with their parents in the nearest Ypsi trailer park.

I would recommend renting a hotel somewhere in the Detroit area and going to (not necessarily in this order:)

1) Flight Club in Inkster (Michigan Ave) - Fine establishment....top notch ladies, but very expensive.

2) Penthouse Club (8 Mile Road in the D) - Another fine establishment, made a big splash when it opened about 1.5 years ago. Great women, nice atmosphere...expensive as well.

3) Trumpps (8 Mile Road in the D) - Another fine establishment, a step below Penthouse

4) The Coliseum (8 Mile Road in the D - Near Gratiot) - Large, imposing structure on 8 Mile. Great atmosphere there have got to be 100 girls dancing on any given night.

5) Hustler Club (Lincoln Park off I-75 and Outer Drive) - This is brand new and I don't even know if it is open yet. Find out if it is and give it a try.....and let me know because I might be down there soon.

My recommendation would be to lodge it up in the Detroit area (somewhere in Oakland County/Downtown), enjoy the game...and then make your way back to 8 Mile Road for a victory celebration.

Penthouse, Trumps, and the Coliseum are all within a short drive of eachother, all on 8 Mile. There are also about a half dozen others on 8 Mile, but I wouldn't recommend them because they might be short on teeth and safety.

Have fun!

If the question were "OT: Glory Holes in Ann Arbor," I'm sure the MGoBlogger that negged me would have answered that question as thoroughly as I did this one....and I wouldnt have negged him for it.

Thank you sir.

I'm thinking 8 mile might be a drive....but I'm sold on Flight Club. Also someone below mentioned "Subi's"....could you 2nd that choice? The girls there look like you could sit down and talk for a bit before dancing. I prefer slow and steady as a change up to the quick hustling technique.

Then...I've been there once, on a weekday during the day, and it was pretty laid back (it was a work celebration, ppl!).

You could do Flight Club then hit up Subi's Lounge.

Other than that, try 8 Mile and you'll be good.

I grew up near there and know the manager. It's a decent place, but not the place you want to drive from Ann Arbor to go. If you're going to make the drive, visit the following in this order:

(1) Flight Club - approx 25 min from AA

(2) Penthouse Club (on 8 mile) approx 20 min from Flight Club

If you're still not satisfied, continue down 8 mile to either Trump's or Colliseum. However, talent-wise, the Flight Club is top-notch. It is a bit pricey, but you'll enjoy it. Penthouse is not too far behind, and a little bit cheaper. Subi's is good for it's area, but again, not worth the drive from AA.

Another route is Michigan Ave from the Flight Club. When you head East, there are the following places in Dearborn (all about 10 min from the Flight Club): Silver Cricket, BT's and Pantheon Club. All are decent, a step down from Flight Club / Penthouse.

Keep going East and you'll get into Detroit and some more clubs down Michigan Ave. These are another step-down, and I would not reccomend them. The above places should keep you more than occupied! Enjoy!
