Gator Bowl - injury update ....
While browsing on my phone this morning (in my personal work "library") - I began looking at the upcoming bowl games on ScoreMobile. When I went to the Michigan game the following is listed under injuries:
M. Odoms (WR) - (Out Gator Bowl (foot))
D. Robinson (QB) - (Questionable Gator Bowl (hand))
J. Hemingway (WR) - (Questionable Gator Bowl (head))
Can anyone PLEASE provide any more information about DRob's status ??? and Junior's ???
Losing Denard for the Gator Bowl would be like ... a sieve, no - not a sieve, a funnel; no not a funnel, a vacuum; no - not a vacuum a black hole; no - not a black hole, it would just suck, it would just suck .....

that is all...

It would definitely suck but you're making it into something much bigger. We'd be alright with Tate. Not where we'd be with Denard, but we'd be alright.

I believe RR has stated that Dilithium will be ready to go at or near 100%.
EDIT:
RR from the Monday presser notes on front page:
Lots of players beat up, including Denard. From the BGSU game, he hasn't been 100%. Having time off from football will heal him up. "Probably the best he's felt since the first couple games." His fingers are fine, he should be 100% by first practice. JR Hemingway should be fine, Darryl Stonum will be pretty healthy. Guys who were banged up for last few games should be OK, including Mike Martin and Jonas Mouton.

NOBODY PANIC! O WHO AM I KIDDING! PANIC PANIC PANIC!
In all seriousness, Denard is fine and should be good to go. He has been quoted as saying he feels really healthy with the rest. The hand injury occurred during OSU when he dislocated a couple fingers on his non throwing hand.

I'll bet you $500 that Denard starts and runs all over Mississippi State. RR is just playing games with Mississippi State's coaches so they have to potentially prepare for two QBs.

Tate has been getting enough playing time that they'll probably have to prepare for two QBs anyway

Does it have a date on it? RR just said the other day that Denard's hand isn't an issue and he's pretty much 100% or at least he will be by the bowl.

We still have what..
3 weeks give or take until the bowlgame? Plus, he dislocated fingers.. thats a touch thing. Not entirely sure if it was his throwing hand or not, but regardless, not being able to grip the ball = fumbles

but as we all have seen he does carry the football with the "injured" left hand.
There is no date listed on the report. How about Junior ??? any update there ?

Yeah, RR said that he expects Denard to start practicing Friday.

WE'RE ALL GONNA DIE

you list your injury report as you would if the game were this Saturday. Robinson is currently banged up but expected to be healthy by the game. that's why Hemingway's injury is listed similarly.

but our offense is not the same without Denard, period. Tate has plenty of experience and can handle the pressure - but Denard is the only guy that can dominate the game.
You don't lose your best offensive player and think ... oh well, we'll be fine.
I certainly am hoping that he'll be full strength - I never even had thought about it unti I read that this morning.

make the Denard injury in bold and about 6000000 times larger font than the other injuries it made me believe you were freaking out

not the same without the unicorns. *sigh*

The answer is.......
YES!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

think about it.. he dislocated a couple fingers.. That does not take over a month to heal..
And hemingway out? lol.. uh ok.. He had concussion like symptoms only, i doubt that over a month and a half later he is still having concussion symptoms..
If that were the case he should never play football again.

just like Tom Brady's been questionable every week for 6 years.

because Denard dislocated a few fingers in the regular season finale I believe. NO PAIN NO GAIN. Denard will play, Denard will win. He has DILITHIUM on his side.
