Unless it's end of the half/game where the light comes on the board...I don't think it's reviewable.
I think it's like delay of game in football. You have that .5 seconds where the clock hits zero and the refs look to the clock.
Only difference is you can HEAR a shot clock. So I guess it is bullshit. Carry on.
